Link people and organisations, show the facts needed at a glance, assign an owner and date, then open the card for fields, comments and activity. Saved Views let each team focus on the work it owns.
One Board, more than one current View
Change the focus without splitting the process
Keep manual stage order in the default View, then switch to the saved Warm introductions View to apply its label filter to the same cards. Lanes, due dates, assignees, linked people, typed fields and comments stay attached to the work.
Open the card before the next move
Keep the discussion and the record of change with the work
A stage tells the team where work stands. The open card explains why. Read the shared comments, check what moved or changed, and continue from the same linked person or organisation.
Access follows the work
Run the work with your team, a partner or a read-only public view
Board access can come from ownership, a direct grant, an email invite, a work domain or a public code. The public Board uses a smaller read-only data shape and leaves private owner, activity and notification data out.
When another application owns the workflow
An app-owned Board can keep card and schema actions under the app’s rules while people still get item access through Graph One’s sharing system. Kernel buyers can scope that boundary for a bank, CRM or other product with its own interface.
